This is the blend we have made for you and what each essential oil may help with, in no particular order, this scent is evenly balanced:
Lavender: Tense breathing, muscle spasms, muscle aches, headaches, itching, stress, nervous tension, anxiety, nervous exhaustion, mood swings, anger, sleeplessness
Orange, Sweet: Nervous tension, mild depression, worry, mental fatigue.
Patchouli: Tense breathing, rapid breathing, nervous exhaustion, stress, mood swings, mild depression.
Tangerine: Muscle spasms, muscle aches, stress, tension, anxiety, fear.
Ylang Ylang Extra: Rapid breathing, tense breathing, general tension, stress, anxiety, sleeplessness, nervous tension, mild depression, anger, shock.

Remove cap and inner cap. You may dispose of the inner cap unless you think you'd like to reseal the bottle. Place reeds through top. Place in area where you would love to enjoy the beautiful fragrance.
