Relief Brands LLC is the parent company of Well Life®, a Sag Harbor–based home and hospitality cleaning brand. We create aquifer‑safe cleaning products, plant‑based formulations, and guest‑house amenities. We do not sell vitamins, supplements, gummies, powders, or any ingestible products.

Recently, a fraudulent supplement company calling itself “Well Life Brands” has begun charging consumers for products they never ordered, hiding contact information, and refusing refunds. Because they are using a name similar to ours, many victims are mistakenly contacting our company.

To be absolutely clear:

Relief Brands LLC and Well Life® have no connection whatsoever to Purely Nutrient, Purely Nutra, Pure Nutrients Inc., or any supplement company using the name “Well Life Brands.”

If you were charged by them, you were targeted by a fraudulent operation that is impersonating our brand identity.

If You Were Charged by Them

You should take the following steps immediately:

1. Contact your bank or card issuer

Tell them the charge was unauthorized. Ask them to:

• block the merchant ID

• prevent future withdrawals
